Installation of Audials 2021 fails

Hello, I'm Conrad Hutterli, user of your program.

Whenever I try to install Audials One 2021, it gives out the message "The File 'remove_shortcut.vbs' is not marked for installation". Then it pops up again saying, "Installation Failed!" and the installation program abruptly exits. How can I fix that problem?

  I have a similar problem... except mine says The File "callBat.vbs" is not marked for installation
