Pandora music missing all tags

Recently everything I record while streaming from Pandora has no song information (artist, title, etc.). Every file is being tagged as "unknown". I'm using Audials One 2020 on a Win10 PC. Any suggestions?

Recording songs from Amazon, all show a tile of "Unknown" I recorded songs I already have in my library and the new recording shows Unknown (Song was previously recorded from Amazon, it was a test to see if I get the same result). I'm using Audials 2020 on a Windows 7 machine. Also 4 of the songs got hung up converting. I had to close the application and loose the songs. I also updated the software which did not resolve the issue.
