MP3 Meta Data

Hello all, 

I am working on cleaning my database and am finding that in the metadata downloaded the "Release" year is not present. This is part of what I use to pay royalties, and doing it all manually is taking FOREVER!! 

Is there a way that anyone has found to INCLUDE "Release Year" in the metadata when downloading.
