Hello,
I cannot connect Spotify from Audials.
(I can connect Spotify directly without problem).

  Hey

  make sure that you do not use any VPN/Proxy setting, that your firewall/antivirus is not affecting Audials

  if the problem persists,  write at support@audials.com
