2020: Closed Captions

I specifically updated from 2019 to 2020 for caption functionality.

 

However, I don't see any way to enable the capture of the closed captions.  How do I do this?

  What do you understand when writung about capture of closed captions? Are you refering to audio or video search download, or do you have in mind screen capture of video files?

  I also upgraded to Audials 2020 for close caption because I watch Korean movies and I want to record a few that I like but Audials does not record the close caption on the bottom of screen :( only the movie
