2020 HBO Now lock up

I've tried many times to record with the Audials 2020 HBO Now link.  Only part of the video is recorded and HBO Now error message of: unable to play requested file.  please try later.  

I selected 5 different shows.  same result.  Suggestions?

  Does the problem with HBO persists if you have Audials closed? Please try this first in order to exclude a compatibility issue.

  Yes.  I have no problems with Amazon Prime recording.  I'll address this with HBO Now support.
