Disney+ und Browser

Hallo liebe Gemeinde,

muss mich auch mal wieder zu Wort melden.

Unter Audials 2020 kann man jetzt auch Disney+ aufnehmen. Ansich eine gute Sache.

Jedoch erhalte ich immer bei der Browserauswahl die Meldung:

EDGE (Unterstützt, jedoch nicht installiert!)

Ich kann diesen Browser auch nicht auswählen. Und NATÜRLICH ist EDGE bei Windows 10 installiert.
Der Browser wird auch von mir genutzt!

Ich wähle also gezwungener Massen CHROME. Starte die Aufzeichnung und hab dann nur 1280x720.

Auch nicht schlecht.

Und wie komm ich an die Untertitel (Mandalorian S01E01) ran?
Die Möglichkeit wie bei NETFLIX unter Chrome geht hier nicht!

Bitte sagt mir doch, wie ich diese Probleme beheben kann. Sonst macht der Disney+ Bereich wenig bis gar keinen Sinn.

Bin jetzt schon gespannt auf die Aussagen des Supprts ;-)

    Keine Infos vom Support? (Hab ich mir aber schon gedacht)

    Wie immer steht man hier halt allein da..............

    Für mich war es das jetzt definitiv mit dieser Software.

    Kündigung ist raus!

    You are not the only one.  So I had the embedded Edge that came with Win 10, and wow on Disney+ I was getting full 1080p.  Neither Chrome nor Firefox would do that resolution, at best I was only getting 480p.  So I started down this path.  Audials also showed the same thing, but then I realized I was not running the latest version of Edge, so I upgraded.  Now with the new version of Edge (that is chromium based) I lost the 1080p and now even my Edge browser only does 480p.  I know depending on which movie, that the resolution is different, for example Rogue One shows 720p while Onward was only 480p.  But on my 4K TV they both come in at 4K via the Disney+ app.  I don't know if this is going to be something that can be solved by Audials as I believe it is controlled by Disney.  Just wanted to give my input.

    Hello, I have audials 2020, I want to record a video on disney +. I'm in the chrome browser. But the video is limited to 11 minutes. how do we record the entire film please. Thank you.

    Einfach nur beschämend wie man hier mit Kunderaklamationen bzw. Fehlerhinweisen umgeht!

    Nicht drauf reagieren ist natürlich das einfachste.

    Covid-19 hin oder her. Aber der Support wird ja wohl auch Home-Office haben?

    Da könnte man ja zumindest mit einer Antwort oder ähnlichem rechnen.

    Naja, ohne Worte......

    Habe Audials 2022 und nun ein paar aktuelle Filme von Disney + aufgenommen. Leider alle nur in 720p obwohl sie angeblich in Full HD oder 4K ausgestrahlt werden. Bin ich zu dumm um die richtige Einstellung zu finden oder geht es nur in 720p?

    Audials 2022 kann von Disney + nur in 720p aufnehmen.  4K haben wir aktuell nur bei YouTube.
