TIDAL recording incorrect track stert and end
Reading old posts its still not solved. Whats the problem here ?
I use the SPDIF output on my soundcard, just for information.
Also i tried the lead-in and -out function(fade) but its not working...
Why you not offer a SIMPLE manual edit MEANWHILE as long you dont solve the problem ?
My main concern is to record with the best master quality as an insurance or the streaming deliverer TIDAl, because when the dy, my music is also dead.
So i believe and want and bought your great product, but why you cant solve the problem. And dont tell us that TIDAL dont snd track marks, that is not true.
Just make a simple prerecord for some seconds and after your sw have stored the audio file, let the user simpl modify the the track marks. For example a simple shift in seconds with positive or negative sign can do it.
So at the start a minus shift the start some seconds earlier and a plus at the end of the recording shift the end some seconds later. But that only a indermeditate solution. But as you didnt solve the problem for months, we are all "not happy" about your technical or "motivation" skills.
Iam still believing, otherwise i had changed, and iam still in the time to do that woand get my money back.
But my first goal to continue with your sw.
Dont let us die here.
Thanks Robert

Currently, this is content that is being negotiated between the record labels and TIDAL. These tracks should be available soon, however, at this time we do.

When TIDAL records tracks with incorrect start and end times, it can disrupt your listening experience and make it difficult to manage your music library. Here are some potential causes and solutions:
1. Metadata Errors:
- Incorrect track information: If the metadata (information about the track) provided to TIDAL is inaccurate, it can lead to incorrect timestamps.
- Solution: Contact TIDAL's support team and provide them with the specific track details, including the artist, album, and song title. They may be able to correct the metadata.
