Audials One 2020 keeps opening when it shouldn't and I can't figure out why

Audials 2020 opens repeatedly, even when I don't open it deliberately. For example, yesterday it opened the first time when I was doing something in another application. A few minutes later it opened again when I plugged an external USB drive into my computer. Then when I started to sign into that USB drive with my password, it opened again. This was all within 5-10 minutes.

I had already removed Audials 2020 and re-installed it to see if that would fix the problem. I don't know what else to do. Please help.

  Please also contact Audials support. We need more infromations in order to check this issues.

  LaurieN when you have your usb drive plugged in: open 'File Manager' > make a right click on your usb drive > choose from there 'Open AutoPlay...' and select 'Take No Action'

  I'm having the same problem with Audials 2020. Inserting a usb drive or external drive via usb will trigger it. However, sometimes it opens and I don't know what triggered it. I'm running Windows 10 with all updates and Audials with the following version info: Audials 2020.2.9.0, built on 1/15/2020
  Streaming Service 3.3.53.0
  Server: asky-09.audials.com/
  production_20200129_134447_3b96f844615d.

  bill1832 have you already tried the hints I mentioned before? when you have your usb drive plugged in: open 'File Manager' > make a right click on your usb drive > choose from there 'Open AutoPlay...' and select 'Take No Action' ... do you still get the same behavior?
