Problem with joining files

Hi everybody,

every time I try to join titles I have just recorderd with audials 2020, the created file is corrupted. It has about twice the length it should have and when I try to play it, I can only hear random noise.

Has anybody else this issue.

  what kind of files have you tried to join? could not reproduce this issue with mp3 files which were recorded with 'sound recording into tracks'

  I tried importing and joining mp3 as well as aac. Both files-types only led to joined corrupted files. 

  I also tried restarting the PC. Next step will be a reinstall of Audials 2020. If that doesn't help I'll go back to 2019.

  to be able to use the Join function (the selected recordings to produce a single output file) make sure that the files were recorded with 'sound recording into tracks' and also that they were recorded into mp3 format. Otherwise it is not possible to merge the files in Audials.

  I think you can try another joining software. I have used Audials. But I just used it for recording music. For music recordings joining, I personally use Joyoshare Video Joiner. Such a tool is suggested by my friend. It supports many media files and batch merge multiple files into one without the original quality loss, which makes me very satisfied.
