Hi, im having trouble with batch record.

Using Firefox i am able to make a batch list but when I start recording Netflix will show 'oooppps, something went wrong'. 

Using Chrome Audials will not detect any video playback.

I have tried this on multiple computers with the same problem, I have also tried your latest '2019' trial and still no luck and this has been ongoing for a few weeks.

Considering you are now asking us to pay for an upgrade I would hope for this to be resolved before I consider paying.

  Howto batch rec on primevideo.com  in some coutries its replacement fo amazon site and we cannot batch rec video with chrome and firefox is this solution already resolved?

  For primevideo.com the batch recording will not work. Audials batch recording tool is available only for Netflix and Amazon, for others not. Details here: https://support.audials.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000639539-Batch-recording

  Roddneyuk19, have you already contacted Audials Support? if you still get problems, provide them screenshots, browser version details and also all the generated log files, so that they can analyze them and provide you a solution.
