Time delay recording

Hello,

Can you add a time delay to the recording window?

I enable video streaming -> other source/screen recording -> high quality direct recording -> record one video

It finds the correct firefox window and records, but it would be useful to add a record delay so it will sit and wait until the right time....then start recording. This way i can record programs when i'm outside the house without filling up the hard disk with hours of video i dont want.
