record from screen netflix via chrome.with undertitling

when i record directly from screen from netflix with undertitling via chrome then everything seems ok. When i watch the recorded file afterwarts then the screen is black in the parts without undertitling. So i can only see the parts of the movie where undertitling is present the rest is al black.
