Please check if you are not using any other applications paralelly when recording from video websites. It is important not to use CPU and RAM while recording, especially when your device is limited with resources.

This is a longstanding problem and I have come close to not renewing Audials for two years now.  If this problem persists, this could finally be it and I won't update any more.  Films play back perfectly from Amazon on the screen, but Audials leaves a significant sound lag in the recordings which means I have to go into a video editor to correct and re-save each file, or abandon it, or put up with annoying out-of-sync viewing.  I have got a pretty good desktop PC and always make sure that nothing else is running and that the PC is left undisturbed for the recording.  As I say, the on-line play is fine, it is the Audials recording that doesn't seem to be able to keep up. This problem has been reported by lots of people (including me twice) over the last three years or so, and nothing has changed. We have lots of pretty stuff like new graphics and Spotify - which I don't use and am seriously fed up with the splash screen loading every time - but all this time a fundamental underlying problem has remained unresolved. Not good; not good at all.

Audials 2021 still audio sync problems.  I've used it for years but have probably had enough of this ongoing issue with no resolution.  Last time I'll spend money on it.

I literally installed 2021 (so glad I didn't uninstall 2020) and audio sync is bad right out of the box.  I was testing a faster speed (which was the POINT of buying it)

Xeon, 32 GB RAM, resource wise I should be fine.  I monitor on task manager and the program's not starved but boy it crashes a LOT and I've only had it on for 40 minutes

All SSD drives, no issue on disk space.  I'm going to test again with normal speed.  So far this product appears still in beta and buggy

I bought the latest greatest ThinkPad $3500, newest AMD Ryzen series, AMD Radeon and this shit happens??

Nope, money wasted, not impressed with this software.

After reading talk of Malware and such I'm about ready to scrap it and reinstall this PC

Besides the sound sync issues, now I'm finding downloads split to multiple files.

BTW, this was the FIRST and only installed software on the lappy.

As well now Lenovo vantage is telling me something is slowing down the system, pure crap!!

BTW, I'm NOT going to waste time contacting you, you have MY email address on file, you contact ME.

2023 seems to be ok on sync.  I did find the double speed just doesn't work and the internal browser seems better than chrome et al.  For those still having issues if you're using an older version I'd doubt you'll get much out of their support.  Also check HW acceleration in your browser.. that screwed up screen capture so shut it off if its on even just for a test

Nope. Recording on Paramount+ in double speed. Jacks up MOST but not all titles. I'm redoing them ALL after spot checking and using Playon instead. Slower but at least all the file names are correct and  the audio sync issue doesn't rear it's ugly head.  Shame too, I was hoping Audials could replace Playon. Not so sure. ANd I've updated my versions over the past 8 years. Think it's time to pull the plug.

Actually tc1uscg I agree.  Double speed just doesn't work.  I did find normal speed did.  If you're using double speed you didn't see my original point.. to wit that double speed sucked.  I don't know what magical PC would support it but so far mine have not.
