    Hello everyone,

unfortunately, the problem here in your case with older Audials versions than Audials 2018 is not the server or streaming service for which our developers could provide further updates, but the Audials client version that's too old for the new Windows update which has been released lately. Since the latest Windows update, our developers no longer support the older versions of Audials, please see our article from here https://audials.com/en/service so, we as support team would kindly ask you, if you want to continue using our products, to upgrade to the latest version of Audials v2019 in order to use it properly. You could download first Audials 2019 version from our website, test it with some limitations.
If you encounter this issue with the latest Audials 2019 version, then please check our article from here:
    https://support.audials.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003709360-No-server-connection

We also will open a Support-Ticket for every post to discuss more private details.

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Best regards,
    Alexandra Makkai

Gleiches Problem bei der Anmeldung.  Rechner mit  Windows 7.  Ist es ein Update-Fehler? Ist der Audials-Server defekt?

    Audials Tunebite 11
Same Problem but Win7 since a few days. Impossible to keep program running.

Tried to install again but didn't help.

"A secure internet connection to the Audials servers could not be established. Your system might be compromised. Audials will exit now."

If Audials 11 doesn't work...how should I know that an uprade to Tunebite 2019 would work? Too risky to spend money on a not working program.

Related to the answer of Audials Support Team I installed Audials Tunebite 11 at a virtual "virgin" Win7 using Virtualbox. Installing-CD was from about 2013 without any windows updates. Tunebite 11 doesn't work there either. Same problem.

So in my opinion the cause of the failure isn't the new windows update.
