Audials doesn't recognize iTunes installation

    Make sure that you have installed the latest version for iTunes for Windows from here: www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and not from Windows store! that should really help!

    I have the same problem (also audials 2018). And your link doesn´t help either.

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit audials 2018 - und der Link hilft auch nicht.

    Hi ewow, could you contact support and provide them your Audials complete version number, a few screenshots illustrating the problem and also the iTunes installed version?

    I've got the same problem. I have Audials One 2018 and am getting the same error message even though I have the latest version of iTunes installed.
