problem to activate music recorder with nero platinum

hello, my problem is that I buy nero platinum 2017 and until now I work music recorder, in an update the program went to demo mode, and by activating the password that NERO gave me, it tells me that it is not correct, please could you help me , thank you

    I used to have Music Recorder on my Nero account and now I don't. I am registered with Audials but that does not seem to matter. How can I get back my Nero Music Recorder?

    Hinweise zur Nutzung von Audials findest du hier: https://support.audials.com/hc/de

    Um Audials auf Deutsch einzustellen solltest du unter Audials Optionen> UI-Einstellungen> Sprache> Deutsch ... starte dann Audials neu und es sollte in der ausgewählten Sprache angezeigt werden.

    oder schreib hier, was genau du suchst und nicht auf Deutsch finden kannst.

    um Audials auf Deutsch einzustellen solltest du unter Audials Optionen> UI-Einstellungen> Sprache> Deutsch auswahlen und dann Audials neu starten

    (Audials Options > UI Settings > Language > select German... restart Audials and it should appear in the desired language.)

    Vielen Dank für ihre Unterstützung ,ich habe es gefunden ,Ein großes Dankeschön.

    Auch konnte ich jezt Audials 2021 in Nero 2021 Integrieren.

    Das schild Audials 2019 in Nero bleibt, Aber Audials 2021 läuft jezt in Nero wie ich es Wollte.

    I've been using Music Recorder for several years thru my registered Nero Platinum 2017, but now being directed to Audials One 2023 since my Music Recorder stopped workiing.  Being a long-term user and enthusiast of Music Recorder, does my loyal membership usage of this great product entitle me to a free or cheap upgrade to Audials One 2023 ?  I can't seem to be able to locate my Music Recorder license number.  Thanks in advance.

    @penalty shooters 2  Audials One 2021 is not available in German.
