1x recording ok but 2x stuck at 15fps

Been using Audials for years recording at 2x speed with no issues. All of the sudden with my 2026 upgrade, all 2x recording is stuck at 15 fps and produces errors and choppy video. All variations of codecs, bitrate, frame settings (exact or variable), internal, chrome, edge all produce the same result with 2x recording. All variations of 1x recording produce perfect playback. Seems to be a bug of some kind. Known issue? fix?

  How did you perform the upgrade? 
  When upgrading or updating this software, we recommend performing a clean install. This will reduce the likelihood of software malfunctions.. If that doesn't work, contact support. Refer to the following website for instructions on clean installing.

  If you have performed a clean install, skip this thread.

  I used a translation function, so it might be difficult to understand.

  Note:

  • Some folders may not exist depending on the version.

  • If there are folders related to Chrome that cannot be deleted, you can delete them in Windows Safe Mode.

  • Since this modifies the registry, create a backup or restore point if you are concerned.

  • Download the latest installation program. (I have had problems with downloaded programs in the past.)

  I did a clean install and it worked. Then I closed and reopened the app and it reverted to 15fps again. I'll put in a support ticket
