Screen Recording DirecTV

I have Audials One 2026. It's totally updated. I use Windows 11. Totally updated. I am trying to screen record a movie I rented on DirecTV Streaming. I have recorded other screens before so I know how to use it. The problem is all I am getting is the sound and a black screen. The closed caption is recording but not the actual picture. I tried recording in different formats and it didn't help. It's not my codec package either. Any suggestions? Do rented movies get blocked?
