Audials 2025 will not record

My problem is when I try to record a video, if I use the internal player on the top bar it states already playing, I click on this and I get the record button, when I click on this with a video playing. Instead of it starting to record I just get Recording is starting with a rotating ring, I have been unable to get past this no matter how long I leave it. I have tried recording in Edge and Chrome also without success.  I am using windows 11 which is up to date. I  have tried disabling Bitdefender but no success.

I did fill a form out regarding my problem and included my email address but I never got a reply. All I get is numerous emails trying to purchase audials 2026. I did download the free version of 2026 but encountered the same problem.

  I am having the same issue with Audials and tried the same workarounds with no success. I did contact Support about this sad state of affairs. Like, you, I await a response.
