Video Recording Changes

I have been using Audials I think since 2018.  LOVED it.  I used it a lot to download video of medical information and such for presentations.  I would put the URL in the source bar and it would give me the option of video or audio.  If it was video it would download in a few seconds to minutes.  But some recent updates it now gives no option and the video opens in a new video and have to watch the full video in the background or up front.  And a video that is say 12 minutes takes 12 minutes to record.  What option do I have to go back to the old way of video downloads or are there settings I can change to set it back to the way it was before.
