Amazon prime issue recording with internal browser
Seems the internal browser used in the batch video recording is not able to access videos on Amazon Prime. This had been working fine all of July (2025), but now at the beginning of August, I am getting an error when I try to open a video page. It says something like "Something went wrong, reload the page". Reloading the page does nothing to correct the issue. If I try to access using Chrome, the video page will load fine, so it seems to be an issue with the internal browser. Because of this it seems the batch video recording option will not work as to load the video files into the queue it uses the internal browser. Anyone else seeing this issue? I tried to clear the cookies on the internal browser, but that did not help.

UPDATE: I reached out to support and was told they knew of the issue and had put in a fix in the latest version. I then updated to the latest version, and the feature started to work again. However, I did see it do the same thing once again. Closing the program and restarting seemed to have fixed that one glitch. I think this might become a cat/mouse game with Amazon trying to block this program and Audials working around it. But only time will tell who in the end will win.
