Audials Movie 2025 not starting recording after hitting play in Edge browser...
I have Audials One 2025 and it has been working flawlessly for a long time but all of a sudden, I am running into an issue where I start a movie or video in Edge on my Windows 11 PC and Audials does not pick up that a movie has started, so it does not start the recording.
I have an Intel Processor and a GTX 1050 TI GPU.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have confirmed that Edge is indeed still using my GPU to render the movies.
Thank you for your help

Same thing started happening to me this week around 7/23/2025 when I tried to record a very long movie from Amazon Video. This movie was 3hr 40min. Kept displaying detecting video. Shorter movies around 2 hour or so are recording fine. Tried to record from my other Win11 PC and it worked just once. When I went back to my other Win11 that I usually do the recordings from it didn't work. Went back to the Win11 PC that the recording worked from it then wouldn't detect the recording. Tried uninstalling Audials 2025 from both PCs then reinstalling. Neither PC would now detect the longer movie.

I just figured out a work around for this. I noticed that when playing movies in the Edge browser on Amazon Prime Video that the volume (in the Amazon Video player) was muted. Even though the volume slider was at max volume. Adjusting the volume slider unmuted the video and Audials instantly picked up that it was playing and started recording. I tested a few times and each time I started a movie in Amazon Video it started muted, after sliding the volume slider around a bit it fixes the issue and Audials picks up the recording
