    To identify the problem and assist you further, please contact us at support@audials.com and send us the following information:

    -The full version number of Audials (found in Audials Options - General - "About Audials")
    -Version numbers of the music streaming service used, if you used it as an app (Amazon Music/Spotify/Tidal/Deezer/Napster)
    -The used recording method
