Wrong Soundcloud artist

Hi everyone,

I'm currently experiencing a strange issue with Audials Music. For several songs where the artist is not recognized (Soundcloud), the software automatically assigns the word "ShitNoise" as the artist name.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting I can change to fix it?
Looking forward to any help or explanation!

  I have the same problem.
  I have already reinstalled audials several times and tried different browsers. I cannot recognize a pattern. 
  but at least 50% of the artists are recognized as “ShitNoise”.
  Very annoying...
