    Hello,
    1. Check if Qobuz is Installed
    Ensure that the Qobuz app is installed on your device. If not, you can download it from the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or the Qobuz website (for desktop).
    2. Reboot Your Device
    Sometimes, a simple restart can refresh your device and cause the Qobuz icon to appear.
    3. Check Home Screen or App Drawer (for Mobile Devices)
    Android: Swipe up or access your app drawer and search for Qobuz there. If you find it, long-press the icon to move it to your home screen.
    iOS: Swipe through your home screens or use the app library by swiping left until you reach it. You can also search for the app using Spotlight Search (swipe down from the middle of the screen and type "Qobuz").
    4. App Visibility Settings (for Desktop)
    If you’re on a desktop, check if Qobuz is pinned to your taskbar or visible in your program list. You can also search for Qobuz via the search bar in your operating system.
    5. Reinstall the App
    If the app is installed but still not showing, uninstall and reinstall it. This often resolves visibility issues.
    6. Clear Cache (for Mobile Devices)

    I followed the instructions you gave me, but unfortunately the Qobuz icon did not appear.

    If you know of any other good methods, please let me know.

    Hello,

     

    The Qobuz hint button is not available in Japan (we do not support it yet in Japan).

    We will try to implement it in the feature.
