Recording Issues with Amazon Music on Audials Music 2025 (October 30, 2024) – Anyone Else Experiencing This?
Since today (October 30, 2024), it's no longer possible to record Amazon Music using Audials Music 2025. When trying to add links, an error appears stating that the URL could not be processed. Previously, I could always add desired albums and tracks to the queue using the Amazon Music app, and Audials would handle them seamlessly. I'm using Audials Music 2025 and the Amazon Music app on Windows 11. Is anyone else experiencing the issue where recording from Amazon Music is no longer possible?

Ich gehe davon aus, dass Amazon Music die Anfragen von Audials Music blockiert und Audials hier einen Workaround entwickeln sowie ein Update veröffentlichen muss.
I assume that Amazon Music is blocking requests from Audials Music, and that Audials will need to implement a workaround and release an update. -

I'm seeing this behavior as well starting on Oct 28, 2024. I reported it to Audials on Oct 29th, but so far have not heard anything from them. I'm comforted to know that others are seeing the problem so I know it's not just me and that hopefully it will be a high priority for Audials to fix.

Ich werde dieses Ticket als Vorfall markieren, der mit dem ursprünglichen Problem zusammenhängt, sodass Sie ein Update erhalten, sobald das Problem behoben ist.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und danken Ihnen für Ihre Geduld."
I just received the following response from support regarding my ticket after I reminded them of its urgency:
"Thank you for taking the time to discuss this with us. Although we are aware of the problem and our development team is already working hard to fix it, your report really helps us understand the scope of the problem. I'll go ahead and mark this ticket as an incident related to the original issue, so you'll get an update as soon as the problem is resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience."
