I had a similar problem. But in my case it was caused by the video (imho). Have you tried to remux it?

After remuxing my video with MKVToolNix it worked for me. Just give it a try.

I think that I discovered the issue. All of the failures have something in common. They all fail at very close to the end of the video. I discovered that at the end of these videos is a screen that is filled with one solid color. When I trimmed all of these frames from the video, the process completed without failure.

    Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're facing so many issues with Audials Vision 2025 — especially on a high-end system. That definitely shouldn't be happening.

A few things you might try (if you haven't already):

    • Make sure your graphics drivers and Windows are fully up to date.

    • Try running Audials as Administrator.

    • Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall to check if they're interfering.

    • If you're using any third-party codec packs, try uninstalling them and restarting your PC.

Also, if the crashes are happening in specific parts of the app (like while recording or converting), sharing crash logs with Audials support might help them isolate the bug faster.

Hope this helps — you're not alone, and hopefully a fix is coming soon in the next update!
