Audials One 2025 crashing when trying to load after install

I just purchased and installed the Audials One 2025 upgrade. The software installs and the Home page is displayed, but software is still loading. 10 to 20 seconds later the application will crash. Report sent.  How can I correct this?

  I have the same issue after the last update.   Audials One was working ok, updated the application today and now it fails on application boot.   New install does not work as it crashes during install.

  after failed install windows file explorer also hangs on execution.   File explorer works again after Audials removal.  

  This problem appeared only after the last update

  Sorry to hear that! Try restarting your computer first. If the issue continues, try reinstalling Audials One 2025. Also, make sure your graphics drivers and Windows are up to date. If it still crashes, their support team should be able to help further since you already sent a report.
