Improve Media Fails every time...

Using Audials One 2024 Ultra, and whenever I attempt to do an Upscale of a video, it runs for a long time, then I always get a failure with the following error message:

"File 'output_upscaleVideo.tmp.mp4' is invalid"

Can't find out any info on what might be going on here, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
