A question about updates and improvers

Among the various issues I am having with Audials 1 Ultra is the fact that the software says I need to update Audials 1 from Interface version 4 to Interface version 7 in order to be able to use improvers. The problem is that the program says I am using the latest version of the software.

I am seeking suggestions. Thanks in advance!
