Looooong wait before Audials 2024 starts, Windows version

I have a licensed AudialsOne 2024, love it. Android version is working great, in my opinion that is the best player / recorder right now.
The windows version works fine too, except for one thing. Starting the program costs over a minute, every every time. All that time there is a splash screen. Looking in the log files NOTHING is happening:

So the program just waits a whole minute without doing anything, before initializing "jabber-initialization", whatever that might be.

Could someone please help?
