I recently upgraded from Audials version 22 to 24 with registration

When I record a video from YouTube, it will record alright  but after recording there comes a message "failed". I tried it several times again but the same result. I then tried on another computer with version 19 and there was no such problem. What shall I do because this is very disturbing.

  Just purchased 2024.  Recorded a stream and got the "failed" message.  Viewing the failed recording, the video is fast, maybe 5-10x fast: audio is a hum and people moving fast.  Then it stops for a beat and then races on again.  Tried three times and still fail.  Help options not helpful

  Hello,

   
  Please try the following:
  - Change output profile (select a different output profile than the one previously used with/without GPU encoding)
  - Temporarily change the Audials storage location to the desktop.
