Won't upgrade to 2024 version!

Trying to install and validate Audials 2024 onto a second PC of mine. Am I only allowed to have one install per active license? If I'm allowed to install this version onto another PC of mine, then why won't the second install validate?

  Hello,

   

  you can install and activate your Audials Version with the same license key on several PCs.
