After Upgrading to 2024 One Video Formats Are Unsupported
Recently upgraded to Audials One 2024, since I have had issues with recorded files not playing in the typical windows media players or the divx player (i have downloaded the windows media player plugins for photos and videos) seems they dont like the files.
however Plex plays them just fine.
I did not do anything different to my settings, nor did i use any auto-AI processing.

It isn’t old videos not being supported. It was freshly recorded mkv files. They played in audials and in plex, however the most current versions of windows media player / video player and divx weren’t able to play them. Just odd, I didn’t make any record option changes to audials, did mkv encoding change from 2023 to 2024? Not a huge issue, they do work with the player I need them to - plex, which means I am getting usable files
