Can't Navigate new version

Is it possible to set Audials One 2024 to work exactly like Audials One 2021.

I cannot set it to record individual songs, it just records a continuous stream.

They say you can record from a music supplier without them tracking you, but you have to log onto the supplier even through Audials.

I'm on the verge of asking for my money back, I can at least work with the 2021 version.
