I recieved an email saying I could buy Audials 2024 at a discount £24.90 instead of £69.90 When looking at the pricing, it says you can buy at a discount if you have an old version (which I have) so I then look at the cost with this didcount and find the price is £29.90 instead of £69.90. Why are you charged a higher price if you are a loyal customer, than a new customer It appears no one knows what they are doing,

    I agree with your statements but will up you one.  Just like you I have purchased the software year after year but my offer is higher than the price you stated.  I'm offered a £32.98 price for the upgrade after the conversion from $ to £.

    I'll do you one better....I update every year since 2001 and got the gold subscription last year. Updated to the 2024 version and now says I can upgrade to the AI Ultra for $20 more. Directions to upgrade are easy except Audials does not show any purchases in my account except the original purchase. Got all the invoices for the upgrades and forwarded them to support but still no reply and it's been over a week. Customer support really sucks!

    Offer for $29.90 (via email) go to upgrade (through the app using my activation code from last year) it is now $39.90 I have been use there product for 20yr and this is the loyal customers are treated. Somebody needs to make it right or I will forget this company every existed and tell my friends the same.
