Apect Ratio

I found a post from two years ago about trying to record off Amazon older programs that used an aspect ratio of 4:3. While watching the video the video looks correct in the 4:3 aspect, however for some reason Audials stretches out the recording to a widescreen ratio.

Has anyone by chance found a solution? Is Audials working on a way to allow us to manually fix the aspect ratio when we see recordings being stretched?
