The latest update has made the program useless as "recordings" all end up with zero bytes recorded and no ability to play them back. You need to unfix whatever you thought you were fixing! How can I go back to the un-updated version that worked yesterday?
I too want to downgrade to the prior version of 2022. What did work a couple of weeks ago, after making the mistake of upgrading today... now I find it impossible to get Audials to record content from Firefox. It just doesn't recognize any video is being played, and I've tried various sites as a test to see if any streaming video will record. Nope. None of them. It also makes no difference if Audials launches Firefox or not. Neither scenario results in video playing and being recognized. And yes, my apps and drivers are current. This mess is on you Audials. We need a fix. Now.
I use Audials on an old Win7 workstation. The latest update has caused it to persistently refuse to load. I have tried uninstall / re-install to no effect. Please advise how this gremlin can be rectified.
The latest update has created a very unstable version. I'm running it on a 64 bit Windows 10 Pro desktop with a considerable amount of performance capability, and this last update has really, really failed. They need to roll back to the prior release till they get this properly sorted out, and hire some new staff to do pre-release quality assurance testing. This is a major fail.
same situation as stated by RogerBAus. Sent in crash report now a full week ago with no acknowledgement or response. Audials one 2022 is useless in its current state. When can we expect a fix?
Fully agree with cdpond.yyc. My Win7Pro workstation with 32 GB ram works just wonderfully with all other apps, as it did with Audials until the last update. The least you can do is provide us with the previous (to the update) version so we can continue to use the software we paid for, in my case years of upgrades.
