This latest update is causing certain songs recorded from spotify at 5 or 10x speed to be split into two halves. Not the greatest of issues but still bloody annoying
I'm having this problem too but I find it is happening with all songs whether I am trying to record from an album or a playlist on Spotify at normal speed. I hope they sort it soon because "bloody annoying" is putting it quite mildly.
There seems to also be a problem with the soun recording level being in view at the top of the screen (next to the Stop Recording button). It appears only sometimes and now doesn't show the artist/track names like it did in Audials 2019. Annoying that they removed this information.
Is there a way to revert Streaming Service update 3.3.174.0 to the last working version? This update breaks songs before they are properly finished.
Even recording at 1x speed. With the playlist open as advised, and all other settings as per usual. Version 3.3.174.0 has some sort of problem.
3.3.174.0 This update breaks songs before they are properly finished.
***UPDATE 15/06 - A new update installed today has resolved this issue, thank you Audials***
I agree with all previous comments here. I'm using Audials 2018, love the product and service under usual circumstances, but this latest update is painful.
It treats every single split second silence in a song as the end of the track and starts recording it again afterwards, chopping up every song. All speeds seem affected. You can just imagine the number of breaks found in dance music, I've seen some songs split into 9 different recordings!
Please fix this as soon as possible, or advise how we can uninstall the update.
