why cant we access out account information anymore when we sign in also where do I find my serial number I just upgraded to 2020 and it is asking for my serial number over and over again why does it do that? please update this program so that we can use it comfortably it is irritating to have to keep looking for things and it not be their and or there is no instructions on how to find it. please and thank you
