Subtitles not recording - PC

I have seen the posts regarding problems with recording subtitles but they do not seem to apply to my problem. I recorded a movie from Netflix and there was a phrase spoken in German. While watching the movie the phrase was translated into English as a subtitle on the screen. Watching the recording, however, and the translation and subtitle did not appear.

Can anyone please advise me ?

  Subtitles are shown ok when playing video i Audials internal videoplayer. However, when recording is started the subtitles stop showing and are not recorded.

  This problem came when upgrading to Audials 24 - it was not a problem in earlier versions

  Also, please send us more details like Audials version number, recording method, selected subtitle option, the streaming service.
