Having issues recording Sky Go app
I have Audials one:
Audials 2021.0.221.0, built on 19/01/2022
Streaming Service 3.3.847.0
Server: prod-asky08.audials.com/
production_20230704_4134bb2f321a
My main Windows 10 OS has become a bit buggy, so I've installed a brand new Windows 10 on another HDD on the same PC (either one selectable using BIOS boot options). I have installed the latest version of Audials 2021 downloaded from your website on my clean Win10 installation:
Audials 2021.0.221.0, built on 19/01/2022
Streaming Service 3.3.524.0
Server: prod-asky08.audials.com/
production_20230704_4134bb2f321a
Both are the same versions, but I notice the "Streaming Service" are different versions.
Both versions record perfectly any browser based web streaming service (both in Chrome and FireFox).
However, I am having problems with the Sky Go desktop app. I can record perfectly from Sky Go using my Audials version on my "buggy" OS, but on my clean installation, when Audials detects the Sky Go stream, the Sky Go window immediately goes black and nothing is recorded.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to solve that problem?

Check Screen Capture Permissions:
Ensure that Audials has the necessary permissions to capture the screen on your clean Windows 10 installation.
Right-click on https://www.militarystarcard.net/ Audials and run it as an administrator to ensure it has elevated privileges.
Update Graphics Drivers:Make sure your graphics drivers on the clean Windows 10 installation are up to date. Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can cause screen capture issues.
Disable Hardware Acceleration:In the Sky Go desktop app settings, check if there is an option for hardware acceleration. Try disabling it and see if that resolves the issue.
Check Screen Resolution:Ensure that the screen resolution on the clean Windows 10 installation matches the resolution of the Sky Go desktop app. Mismatched resolutions can cause recording problems.
Antivirus and Firewall Settings:Check if your antivirus or firewall settings on the clean installation are blocking Audials from capturing the screen or accessing certain resources. Temporarily disabling these security programs for testing purposes may help identify if they are the cause.
Check for Software Conflicts:Investigate whether any other software running on the clean installation might be conflicting with Audials or the Sky Go app. Try closing unnecessary background applications to isolate the issue.
Update Audials:Although both installations have the same version number, sometimes Audials releases updates or patches that can address compatibility issues. Ensure you have the latest updates installed on both installations.
Contact Audials Support:If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Audials customer support. They may have specific guidance or solutions related to recording from the Sky Go desktop app.
Compare Settings:Compare the settings between Audials on your clean installation and the "buggy" OS installation. Pay close attention to any differences that might be relevant to screen capture or recording.
Reinstall Sky Go:If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Sky Go desktop app on the clean installation. It's possible that there might be a configuration issue with the app itself.
