No subtitles
I want to record a stream with subtitles from Netflix, Amazon, Viaplay or other using Audials One 2023 internal player.
When I added the weblink, press PLAY, and select the subtitle, the video plays the stream with subtitles on my screen.
BUT as soon as I press RECORD the recording starts without showing subtitles. No srt file was added, and no subtitle was imbedded.
I have tried all the options the Support gave me, but no luck. Am I the only one with this problem??

Have you tried using the screen capture feature to record the video? As this form is going to record anything that appears on the screen within the target window, it should record the text of the subtitles with the these negative side-affects: 1) Unless you have a HD monitor you will loose some of the resolution capability, 2) you will not have subtitles that can be turned off, and 3) Sound quality can be lower depending on you system as well.
