TV shows not batch recording

When I set TV shows to batch record a series on Disney or Hulu (haven't tried others ) I get 2 issues most of the time.

1) The first episode i record will record 2-4 episodes as 1 episode and then sometimes it will then start on episode 2 and be fine Or it may run into the same error later or the next 1.

2)It will record 3 seconds of each episode and move on or do multiple 3-6 seconds 2 or 3 times
