incorrect Spotify Tagging and track length

Over the last two weeks , when trying to work with Spotify it records the first 2-3 songs correctly with the correct song name and song length. Then it starts duplicating the track name of the last correctly recorded track for the next 10 tracks all with different lengths of time that do not correspond with the actual length of the track. Some tracks are 1:21 some tracks are now 15 mins.  Once this error starts happening it occurs throughout the rest of the playlist making it useless. The method of recording is playing on web browser , 1x speed recording through Audials. I have made sure through both Audial and Spotify settings that gapless playing is not checked and that the playlist should play as individual tracks and not a flowing dj'd playlist. What other options should I be trying to get around this issue?
