I am unable to have files named automatically by Audials

I have had Audials 2023 for about a month.  
I need to download a bunch of classes from a website and I was very happy to find out that Audials was naming the videos appropriately for me!
About a week ago there was an update to Audials, and now all of my files are called Chrome Legacy Window.  
I have looked at how to change the way they are named and gone to Options / Storage Output & Collections / My PC / Options / Video Tab / Other Video files.
When I have it set to Title, files are called Chrome Legacy Window.
When I have it set to Artist - Title files are called Unknown Artist - Chrome Legacy Window.  
I have Automatically update subfolders and filenames:
when editing tags is ticked as the tutorial shows.  

I can certainly rename the files by hand, but it was so very convenient that Audials was doing it for me.   
How can I have Audials go back to naming them automatically?
