Using more than one device

I have a desktop PC(windows 10) with all my audials one files on and a new laptop with windows 11 on. How do I access the files for the laptop?

I have looked at settings but am very new to this and don't understand the options. Could someone tell me how to do this in very simple terms please.

I know all the info about audials saya watch or listen on any device but haven't worked out how.

My desktop has a bluetooth USB link and my laptop has bluetooth installed but does that mean that it has to be in the same locality for me to watch movies or youtube videos.

Does my account hold my files in a cloud? or how does it work please.
