Anyone else experiencing Audials recordings stuttering after they've been downloaded?

 

The above photo is the specs for my macbook pro. 

Would Audials work a lot better with a windows pc?

  Audials will definitely work better on a Windows PC because it was developed for  Windows 10 and 11 PCs.
