i need vcruntime 140_1.dll pronto or else I cannot record.  I contacted Audial, no help there

only to give me a link to download it but it's all gibberish to me and then to contaxt Windows support but contacting them is like contactng the president. Has anyone run accross this problem ?? if so, please help.

  Hello,

  try to do the following steps:

  1. Start your Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program: search for it in the list "Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 ..." (ATTENTION !!! NO DOUBLE CLICK !!!) at the top appears Organize / Uninstall / Change , select Change, and from that pop-up window, press Repair. Restart your PC and try with Audials again as an administrator.

  If 1. does not help then:

  2. Uninstall the same "Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015" from your Control Panel and restart PC. Download 2015 or the latest from here and install it:

  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

  Restart your system and try again with Audials.
